Entropion (Eyelid Turning In)
Entropion is a condition where the eyelid turns inward toward the eye. This usually causes irritation of the eye as the lashes will rub against the cornea and conjunctiva. Entropion is usually classified as congenital, involutional, acute, spastic or cicatricial.
Surgical repair is highly successful and performed as an outpatient.
