Fillers

Many formulations are available for non-surgical facial rejuvenation.  Today’s injectables have come a long way since collagen was first approved by the FDA in 1995.  The newer injectables do not require skin testing as was the case with collagen.

The newer hyaluronic acid fillers have revolutionized the treatment of facial wrinkles, nasolabial folds, facial volume loss, and lip augmentation. Off label use for certain fillers might help with other parts of the face.

Dr. Perman does not depend on any one type or brand of filler.  The location and depth of the area to be filled will be the main influence upon his decision.

Dr. Perman has experience with the Juvederm line of products as well as Beletero, Restylane and Perlane, as well as Radiesse and Sulptura.  His filler experience dates back over twenty years as he taught doctors injecting techniques for fillers and neurotoxins, both here and abroad.
